Shocking News: Traveling With a Comic May Land YOU in Prison

Oy vey. Recently, an american man possessing scans of japanese-language manga on his computer was pulled over at Canadian customs for suspected ownership of child pornography. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Anyway, in this case, the customs officials may be in the right, as one of the manga in question appears to be a slash-fiction doujinshi based on a prime-time magical girl cartoon (in other words, probably illegal in Canada), but that's not the whole point. The point is, this man was arrested because it was a comic, not because of its content. Good news is, the CBLDF has leapt into action on this troubling case.
